I'll find the dyno sheets and then you can discuss the legitimacy of the numbers if you like. Until then i have removed the claim. After i find the paperwork the claim will go back on.

Yes, the car passes smog just fine.
No, the calipers were not painted by me.
Yes, they are genuine Mercedes brake components.
Yes, they are real carbon ceramic rotors matched with the correct pads and correct calipers.
No, i am not interested in a trade.
Yes, the price is negotiable within reason.
No, i am not the guy in SF selling a similar but different white wagon. Yes this is a real listing by a real guy. No, i do not know the guy in SF.
Yes, the car drives fine with no issues.
Yes, i can take it to the local Mercedes dealer for them to inspect the car on your dime. No, i will not pay for that service. I prefer Mercedes of San Jose.
Yes, the car has Titanium lug bolts. No, i dont think you can really 'tell a difference' but i like them so to me it was not a 'waste of money'.

3. How far back do maintenance records go?
4. Do you make the kids take cleats off after soccer or do you strap them to the roof?

Does what really matter going to the grocery store? The fact that the vehicle is a wagon? Yes, i really appreciate the additional cargo room for those days when i am hoarding 8000 rolls of toilet paper.

Yes, i do realize that my asking price is higher than most other cars in poorer condition and with less features. However that is apples to oranges comparison.
I couldn't find any examples that are close to my vehicle for comparison. I could find other examples of similar cars but without the carbon brakes, and my car is priced on par or lower than their cars if you add some of the options.
The brakes alone are roughly $20k. How many E63 wagons with the factory equipped options mine has sell for $30k or less? Most wagons i see that sold with the standard brakes have gone for $35-40k. Thats how i came to the $50k asking price.
If you have other pricing information i should consider, please forward it. Thats not meant as a dare or a taunt, but a humble request for additional information if you think my price is out of line.
If someone is interested in my car and wants to talk price after they see the car, im all ears.

I'll say one thing is for sure: the car looks great! I do hope of course you get what you're asking, but based on miles alone I would say the price is high. Does have some nice options including the brakes. My car is very similar except for the CCB's. By the way, alcantara is merely plastic, I don't know why people think it's so rad......

i don't expect i'll get $50 for it, but I'm not going to list it for $40k, to only get low balled from there. And fortunately i am in the position to happily keep it if I'm not able to sell it for what it is worth to me.
And those new 6GR TEN wheels look pretty tasty....
