it fit pre facelift with some modifications, you have to swap the old board to the new steering housing with some cut and wires work, many discussion on this topic on google,
ex: DIY - FL steering wheel swap - Page 3 - MBWorld.org Forums post 56.

Unfortunately, the paddle shifters did not fit my steering wheel. It was my fault; the steering wheels look the exact same, but the paddle shifter bases are different. I will be putting them up for sale soon if anyone is interested. I guess my only other option is to go with the ones from AutoTecknic, now that I know exactly what my base looks like.
The other items you sent turned out to be great, I have installed them, and everything is working perfectly. Thank you !

but how the paddles did not fit, as i know there is no different paddle bases for the same style, can you sent some pics, which year is your car and model?
2014 E 550 coupe. Same exact steering wheel. But here you can see the triangular base versus the rectangle base. Thought make I could switch the components but it’s not possible. Here is my paddle shifters. Rounded base. Here is yours. Rectangle base.
