My ‘04 E500 let go of the ghost so it will go soon to car heaven.
I have the original MB roof rack with Yakima ski carriers. $200 plus shipping, rebuilt Airmatic compressor below, included.
Also the steering wheel for $200 plus shipping. I had it for under 1 year, it is in great condition, no tears, nicks, scratches or damage. It is perforated sand colored leather with bird eye’s maple wood.

I apologize for not responding, I have been away and did not get any emails. The rack and the compressor are still available. I’m not sure what do you mean by fixed point, the rack is MB OEM made specifically for W211. I had it on my E500 every winter. I’m not sure if it will fit CLS.
