Do the Cam Adjuster Plates come with the Pins and, for that matter, what version are they, as they have 3 “strengths to choose from?

As you may know already, the Camshaft Adjusters have the Barrel "Pin", which has the Spring on top of it, but on top of the Spring, there is a small plastic fitting that fits within the Hole of the Spring such that the plastic itself, not the Spring, rubs the surface of the Cam-Adjuster Plate. Does the kit include those little plastic fittings?
