2004 Maybach Alternator Module


hello ,

i have a 2004 maybach 57 . My car won’t start occasionally unless I jump start it . I took it to a local workshop and they told me that there’s. Issue with the Module that comes above the alternator . ( see attached ) . They told me that they can’t fix it and you need to get a replacement . The issue is that you can’t find it in the market , and even if you did , it’s crazy expensive .

My question is , is there a compatible alternator module from different models ?

are there any other solutions ?

Any sufficiently experienced and reputable alternator rebuilder should have no problem rebuilding these.
