2005 Formula One U.S. Television Schedule

Formula 1 has exercised its option to put four races on broadcast television in 2005. The San Marino, Spanish, Canadian and German Grands Prix will be shown on CBS prior to SPEED's delayed telecasts.

All F1 events will be blacked out in Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean and the province of Quebec, Canada. Re-airs of all F1 Qualifying and Races on the Speed Channel will be shown as scheduled in all countries (including Canada) with NO blackout restrictions.

Thanks. I'm a dedicated F1 fan....haven't missed a race (mostly live, but taped in the case of some odd times). I recently got DVR, so I can get all the action from practices to the end of the podium interviews

BTW, Pedro de la Rosa was a pleasure to watch yesterday

Agree ! Pedro de la Rosa ran better yesterday than any Juan Pablo Montoya race so far in the McLaren.

I say dump Montoya, and keep de la Rosa in the seat !

Kimi is still # 1

The above listing was taken directly from SPEED CHANNELS broadcast schedule.

CBS doesn't feel like posting one, so go figure !

I just go to the Formula 1 website, and get the timetables there, and set my DVD-R accordingly.

I thought we were rid of Derek Daly for good, at least in F1......but here he is again. I HATE that guy. What an idiot.

But I love F1, and would put up with him all of the time, if that is what it would take to see the races, but I'm hoping it doesn't come to that.

in that case, pedro de la rosa is better then kimi as well !!! he always out performs both drivers during practice by at least 1 sec or more !!! GOOOO FERRARI GO SCHUMY!!! we are going to win this weekend !! WOOT WOOT!

You are forgetting that De La Rosa dosen't have to worry about his engine lasting the weekend, or messing up the car either.....all he has to do is try to go fast. Outright either of the race drivers are better than him. Did he ever race a competitive car in the past? Didn't think so.

Ferrari is going to win?!? Don't hold your breath.

derek daly isn't half as annoying as the idiot screaming at everything in race while derek at least has driven f1 cars and has some knowledge. i can really appreciate david hobbs and the speed channel teams comentary.

Don't forget qualifying new rules.

1st round - All cars race for 15 mins. Last 5 place go to the back of the grid

2nd round - Remaining cars race for 15 mins. Last 5 go to 2nd to the last 5 places.

3rd round - Remaining car shoot out. Place as finish.

That's fun!
