Hadn't seen these pictures, and I agree. Thanks for posting. Those Armco barriers are usually very safe, I'm claiming the instillation was flawed, either the end caps or the entire mounting (too close to edge plus erosion).

Yeah i read that this morning. He said he can move his arms & fingers, but he still has a lot of work to do. Good news for sure!
