New McLaren/Mercedes F1 car fastest (PICs)
The results from yesterdays test session. Keep in mind that while M.Schumacher is down in 8th position he is driving last years car. While Mercedes, BAR, Renault, BMW and Toyota are all testing their 2005 cars. The results look very good for the Mercedes fans, lets hope they can stay on top of the charts.

Fast is good, but the major problem last year were the DNF's due to mechanical issues. A positive sign is that at Valencia. Kimi Raikkonen and Alex Wurz completed 247 laps between them. Kimi is still sorting out the MP4-20, while Alex in the older MP4-19B drove 134 laps.

You know how he gets along with everyone on the track?

Good news, Ferrari will not have their 2005 car ready until the 5th race of the season! They will use a slightly modified version of the 2004 car for the first four races.
M.Schumacher was quoted saying,
"I still believe that we will have a difficult start of the season," said Schumacher to the Gazetta dello Sport. "We have to remember that we are using a car that is basically the one we were using last year."
I think the best racing will be between Montoya and Riakkonen

While looking over pictures from the most recent Barcelona test I noticed that those little "horns' kept appearing and disappearing from the cars. Guess McLaren haven't decided if they really work.
