Non OEM Cats and exhausts systems are use Every day in the automotive industry. The replacement Catalytic converter must FLOW the same amount of exhaust as the original V12, if not the engine will not produce its maximum horse power, the car will feel sluggish. The wrong size Catalytic converter will also set a cat efficiency code. Check the internet for replacement Catalytic converters.

8 year or 80,000 miles, whichever comes first. If you do have to pay for them yourself, RandomTechnology dot com is a converter manufacturer and they make very good converters. Their metallic core converters will flow better than your existing cats, so it may be preferable to replace all four. Hopefully you're not in California, as that complicates finding an installer.
