Hey guys,

I just replaced my E500 with a CL600 and there are some issues. Such as, when I first turn the car on there is a beeping tone that goes off in unison with the flashing of this light on the dash:



Anyone know how I can get this to stop happening?

Also, I am curious if anyone can tell me what was supposed to originally be contained inside this compartment inside my glovebox lid:

Red light looks like a radar detector (aftermarket)

Are you sure it has nothing to do with the voice command system?

look in the front and rear bumper area i am sure you will find radar detection devices installed ,that location is not a factory light ,glove box lid will be for pens and cards ,there sould be a remote control for that radar system also ,you will need it in a 600 ,

It is most likely a laser jammer.

I checked it out today and it says superwide or something on the front one?

Is that brand any good?
