2012 c250 coupe
Will my car ever be the same?
I got my C250 Coupe 4 days ago and managed to fall asleep on the way home. I veered off the road hitting the curb and a concrete streetlamp base. I've attached some pictures. I know it is hard to tell but will the car ever drive/look the same?? I want it to be restored to the day I got it

When I woke up I didn't know what happened so I tried to drive. I tried going forward and moved about 3 feet and realized something was wrong. I then tried backing up and the same thing happened, so I'm pretty sure I caused more damage than what meets the eye.

Yikes! I'm no expert but I think you might have a big problem there.Maybe your insurance carrier will total it and give you a "one year newer" (that is,"new",in your case) car...if you have that coverage.And BTW...I have (mild) diabetes and,as a result,I sometimes feel a bit sleepy after meals.If I'm driving and feel sleepy I start yelling and hitting myself.It's a bit crazy but I've never fallen asleep behind the wheel.

Throw enough money at a project and virtually anything is possible. So the real question is, really, how much are you willing to spend? The good news is that you seem to be physically OK. Might have been far worse!

The insurance will pay for that and it seems fixable. However they won't let it go off that easy and will ask you a bunch of questions on what happened. if you are single and young, your insurance premium will sky-rocket after this accident.
To your question. The car can be fixed but MBUSA will have a record of the extent of the accident and that record will always be there.
