Transmission Speed Ring wiggles *video*

Anyways i just need to know if this is normal. I cant see it being but want some opinions before i tear the trans out.

What are you pulling on to make it move like that? The output shaft? Seems like far too much play.

No there is another opening just about 3 inches back from the 2 speed sensor holes. Its #3 in the pic i linked to. It looks like it is part of the same piece. I can grab that and it moves all around. In video it shows the front back movement most clearly but it wiggles side to side too, just not as much.

#1 is the ring you see in pic that had oil drip out, and #2 is the input ring in the hole to the left in video

The output shaft is solid, as is the input slotted ring.
