Got a w205 2016 C350e that charges fine when driving but won’t charge of ANY cable just a red flashing battery light on bumper next to connector (it locks to plug ok just won’t charge and just flashes)

Anyone able to help

 

 

Thanks but is an issue charging the hybrid battery not the car battery

Isn’t the entire charging system covered by Mercedes warranty 10 yrs 100k. Or am I mistaken?
