M273 throttle body problem

hello, i have problem with throttle body sensor 2009 S550 M273 5.5 v8.
it wont open when i press acc pedal hard. Opens only about 10-14%. If i push pedal slow then it opens 100%.
So i bought new and installed. Still same problem. I checked all the wires. One wire was broken. Now all wires are ok. But still not working.
If i push pedal hard then i hear ticking sound somewhere behind intake right side. Throttle body try to open but then closes and i get 0218 - (M16/6 Throttle valve actuator): The throttle valve is jamming or is stiff (P2176) fault. I Have Star diagnostic.
Same fault with 2 throttle valve actuator. One new and one used. I suspect ecu fault. Can someone help me little or give some advice.

Yes. I have replaced many ECU's for this issue. But usually you will have other codes like O2 sensor heater faults and alternator serial bus malfunction.

Sometimes i get this fault also
2177 - The power supply at the input of control unit 'combustion engine' has a sporadic malfunction.

It’s driver side SAM. Fix 100%

Just wondering if you got it fixed and if it was the ECU or front SAM

I know it's been sometime since you replied to this but can you elaborate on how the front SAM is causing this, I also have the exact fault codes relating to throttle valve and power supply to the ECM. I've changed out the throttle valve and ECM with new parts but the codes still remain. I also have a new intake manifold in route as I assumed the wires feeding the throttle power were feed from manifold unit. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Throttle valve is still acting up despite new valve and new ECU.
Tbe reason some ppl report SAM was involved is because it powers up the ECU.

Personally I think this is a GND issue. Look up the throttle valve schematic connections. Where does related circuit GND. Home-run into ECU that provides GND?
