Clean Power Supply for Programming
Anyone know of a good / cheap power supply with 100AMP?
So far I only find. Schumacher Inc 100 for $500 and Deutronix 1600 for $1000 and up.
I am using Xentry with Openport 2.0.

For Mercedes, 55amp power supply is enough. I have the INC100 and the powermax with 55amp output. Both work just fine. One thing I will tell you, programming with the OpenPort is not the best idea. Coding is fine but flashing is another story. I have tried it and just doesn't work.

Where is the amp output specified by Daimler? I haven't seen it any manuals or online so far. Does it just get specified in Xentry?
I just need to reset the ten restarts countdown while troubleshooting so perhaps I was incorrect to call this "programming."

Does Openport work with Vediamo? or do I need a more robust J2534 like a Autel Maxiflash or something like a C3 clone ?
I am open to either, but was under the impression that openport was ok for basic work. Although it appears you guys are not a fan of openport

What is your preferred device?the ONLY complete device is a well selected C4 clone (95% of them have bad hardware) or a Original C6
with all the rest you will always get stuck somewhere then upgrade then upgrade until you finally listen

forget about the Oem C6 its 1700-2100$ used and if the seller is a thief you'll get it banned
