That makes sense!

When possible, double-check where Cyl#1 TDC is in relation to the crank keyway. It may not be lined up as one could expect.

Matching your piston #1 TDC directly to crank bypasses the balancer pulley reference marks.

Sorry for not posting a report sooner but I was correct it runs great. But I still have 1 problem that I'm just now trying to address. I can't get the AC going I have a B1046 for refrigerant pressure sensor B12/2. After perfroming several tests, recharging the refrigerant and hours of reserch I belive its the coding in the used SAM I installed. I used my Launch scanner to backup my origanle SAM and loaded it on the used SAM. But during my reseach Iv'e found that other peaple have had the same problem see this link https://*******.com/Thread-W209-B104...e-sensor-fault . I dont not have the origal SAM anymore can you guide me in the right direction? I dont know why it is putting stars in the above change them to this m h h a u t o without spaces.

Glad to read the magic has operated... you know if its new unrelated issue:

you're best to open a different thread so we can get it from where it starts.

With that being sayed A/C pressure sensor likes to go bad... read using your scanner!
