FS: 2003 Citron Green C230K
It is time for me to sell my 2003 C230K. I have tons of mods and will only sell the car as is, I am not going to part it out. This car has been tons of fun but it is time for me to move on.
The car has 69,400 miles and is 5 yrs 3 months old. I have the Mercedes-Benz extended warranty good for 7yrs/100k miles.
It has the 1.8L Supercharged engine, 6 speed manual and is tons of fun to drive.
This car has factory options: Bi-Xenon headlights autoleveling with headlamp washers, rain sensing wipers, leather seats, power driver and passenger seats with 3 position memory, illuminated door sills, sport package, pano roof.
I have added full parktronic front and rear, interior motion sensor, COMAND, Mercedes-Benz Sirius radio, auto folding mirrors, full 2005 front end and taillights, 2004 armrest, C32 AMG Fton Brakes, fire extinguisher, voice recognition and much more. This car has been so much fun but it is time to move on.
I am the only owner, I bought it brand new and non-smoker. This is a great car and full of gadgets!
The car has brand new BF Goodrich Tires with less than 500 miles, brand new brakes pads and rotors and the spark plugs have just been replaced. This car has one owner and has been well maintained. All service has been performed at MB of San Diego or Penske Mercedes.

since I moved back to san diego I have been busy with work and kind of fell out of the MB loop. things have been great though, thanks. my next car is going to be a prius. I want an MB but will not buy one until they develop a hybrid version.

sure thing. if I still have my car I will join in another MB meet. I love my MB but I really want a hybrid. I do mostly city driving, and even though I only drive 15 miles a day, I just want something that gets really good gas mileage. I average 18-21mpg in my city driving. I can easily double that. the prius has great city gas mileage and tons of gadgets.
I will for sure miss my car and it has been fun. I just hope I can find someone who will take love it as much as I have. I know I have a two things against me in selling, the color and the 6sp. A lot of people like the color, but not for a car they would own. Good thing I am not in a hurry.

i would love to, but my sister is coming down to SD with my niece and nephew. I am taking them to the San Diego Zoo Saturday and Sea World on Sunday. I should got the Meguairs class though. I want to get my car detailed before I sell.

Hybrids are all hype and not a solution.
Factor in that its an over priced Tracel and you realize that you wont save any money (on fuel costs) for 10 years anyhow. Save the Prius for people in Hollywood who want to pretend they care about the environment. Its a style accessory not an environmental statement.
Buy another MB its better for the environment than people think.

Ah yes so we can destroy the earth with nickel mining and disposing of battery packs in land fills! A prius causes more pollution and damages the earth more than a Land Rover when you factor in the process of mining, smelting, transporting, and making nickel batteries. Plus the fact that we cant safely dispose of these things.
Hybrids are all hype and not a solution.

Buy a diesel if you want a real soltion, supposedly a diesel C will be coming soon.
