Actually, $23-24k is a very reasonable offer in today's market.

You can buy a 2003 CL55 for your current asking price, which is a much more desirable car.

You are a total hypocrite, I saw a thread where you were discussing the low prices of 2003 clk500's for $15k. Take a look at KBB.com and you will see that is "low blue book" as well. You sound like a cheap *** as well for your project car.

I am making a reasonable offer, so mind your own business. If the seller is not interested, so be it. However, in reality, clean used luxury cars are generally selling for low book in today's economic climate.
