1986 Mercedes 190e 2.3 16V Cosworth...not AMG
1986 Mercedes 190E 2.3-16 Valve Cosworth
Very rare 1 of 2000 ever made between 1986 and 1987
Asking $6000 obo
Smoke Silver Exterior (factory body kit)
Black leather Interior (Recaro Seats)
130k Miles
185HP, 4 cylinder 16 valve Cosworth engine, 5 speed getrag reverse dog leg transmission , RWD with factory LSD
Car runs great, many new parts.
Recent valve job and new head gasket, Borbet wheels with Toyo Proxes4, Custom cat-back stainless 2.25 exhaust (factory Cosworth header), Euro grill (original inc.), Euro lights (original inc.), New bushings in rear suspension, New clutch slave and master, and many more new parts
Body has some rust spots on the quarters and fender but otherwise is very solid.

Me thinks you overshot by a factor of $2000... Guy just had one near me, asking the same kind of foolish money. Got $2300 for it on e-bay after months on CL..

Not an opinion. Stating FACT about what his car brought. That kind of car, in that condition, with that few ponies doesn't bring much now-a-days.

Yep, still in Grayslake area.
I'm looking for $4000. I had a ton of feedback from the listing but nothing solid. I might put it back up in a couple weeks, i'm putting a better muffler on the car the other one did not soundlike I wanted, to raspy
