FEELER TRADE: SL55 AMG (33k mi -black/black/pano) warranty till 6/2013 for back seat
So the job I am taking will require me to have back seats since I will have clients in the car at times. Therefore, I need back seats... I would entertain any trade that has back seats. I can't put up any cash.
03 SL55 AMG, has p1 options, and PANO, nav, heated seating, and the optional 18" sport wheels (kind of look like the black series wheels). 33k miles. FIDELITY Platinum Warranty which is pretty much comprehensive, and works great till 6/2013 or 82k miles! Car also has SL63 Lip Spoiler.. definitely made it look so much better, not pictured in the pics below.
Car has never had mods, only a CM030 pump which helps out the cooling of the car and k&n air filters, which definitely allow you to hear the intake a bit more.
Brakes have 75% tread.
Tires have 80% tread - Pirelli PZeros
I value it with the warranty at around 40k. I can also sell it -- just a trade is easier in tax land, and getting into something quick, but I can sell. Check ebay/autotrader/cars no black SL55s in this range besides 2.. and they have no warranty, which is pretty expensive.

I love this car, and will definitely keep it for the summer. Add a tune/pulley and have about 500whp.

Good luck. There is junk when my buddy went to look for me
-- in 4 months there were only 4 in general that were accessible and we could check em out. The warranty is only a $40 transfer fee

I can also do the car for $37,700 without the warranty, as I can get a somewhat prorated amount which would be somewhere around there..

For those that PMed me: I have some more pics. But keep in mind its going for a full 6 hour detail next Saturday so it will be perfect for the July 4th festivities I will be attending.
I am set on going for a White Hummer H3 - so if anyone has one or knows of one with no more than 25k miles max.. point me in that direction.. Or I can trade this for that with a bunch of cash to me. Thanks guys.
Keep in mind this price is basically wholesale.. manheim numbers confirm this! There have been only a handful in the past 3-4 months with this low mileage for 03-04s.
Car no longer has tint on it so I could pass inspection.

Ok guys - I got some teaser pics of the 6 hour detail done by buffautoappearance.com (local north NJ guys and they come to your house). My car needed a detail bad. The car looks better than new now.. Friends of mine were practically like did you get a new car / paint job?
Here's a few CAMERA PHONE PICS (2.0 megapixel cell phone from a LG Chocolate 3 - which is crap and still look at the shine!)
These last two were taken right after buffing, there is no tire shine:

I go up to my inlaws often in the Adirondacks/Lake Placid region.. Wouldn't want to do things to an ML (or even its ability to handle certain things) that I will do with a Hummer
