great pics, man. Those rims look CLEAN. I like the detail and honesty of the ad. Looks like you are the type of guy someone would want to get a babied car from. Good luck with the sale!

Very nice. But it's missing the dark maple interior (instead of the aluminum). So you dont have all the options. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I recently bought a C55 and with the economy and depreciation, most C55's I saw are going in the 21-25k range. A few oddballs have sold for more than that, but not many. They all included navi, bixenon, etc etc. You might be better off selling the wheels separately and bringing down your price a little. You might also be slightly above the norm due to the low miles and near perfect condition, but some low ballers will still try to bargain with you against a less-comparable one (I know, because I just bought one remember lol).
Good luck with the sale! Very nice car indeed.

2006 C55
Thanks for the compliments and advice. Two weekends ago in late July we test drove a 135i convertible msrp just over 48k and a 2009 Z4 MSRP just over 60k. Before we walked off the lot I was offered 24k trade-in value for my C55 on the 135i and "$500 over cost" which turned out to be $3500 off the MSRP.
On the Z4 Sdrive35i they would only come down $1000 off MSRP with the same trade in offer of 24k for my car. In real money that would save me just over 1k in taxes for the trade-in, which basically gives me a sliver over 25k for my car. I kind of had the same philosophy as you that its a buyers market and I have time on my side, so thats why I listed it at the price I did. Im waiting for them to call back, Im willing to bet if they dont move those cars by late August they will up the ante, hopefully that is!![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
If there was a strong offer I would entertain a deal without second set of wheels......
Thanks again!

In my opinion, if you want the 135 or the Z4, go get that trade in deal now. Don't think about it, don't hesitate, run and sign the papers. These cars have no where to go but down in value. Especially as the E55 market is coming in to this price range.

+1, the E 55's are going at auction (again: this is auction) for the mid-high -20s now. A nice 2006 E55 (the latest and greatest of that E Class) is running about 30K, so you might be a tad high on the price. An 05 CPO with 47 K can be had for about 27 list and probably 24-25 off the lot. Still, a very nice car you have there?? Original owner???

Looking for a C55 or CLK55
Very very nice car but I have to ask. . . The pic with 25815 miles / 788h = 33mph avg. You must have nowhere to go and all day to get there![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
By far the cleanest C55 I've seen.
Good luck . . .

If you have the equivalent of $25k on trade in, I'd take that deal. I think your BEST bet as a private sale is going to be $25k even, and that's to the right buyer. Forego the wait and move on.
As for the E-class thing, most decent E55's are now going in the low 30's from what I was looking at.

Good luck to you on the sale. It's a beautiful car, and I wish you the best. I hope that one of the 4 people looking purchase the car. If you don't mind, after you sell it, please post the final sales price. I just hope you aren't one of the many many people that have come here, told us about a trade quote, then they sell it private party for $5k less. You do have a truly beautiful car. Good luck to you.
