flawless 05' c55 amg for sale, 1-10 condition is a 10
I have a flawless c55 for sale with 42k miles. The Factory warranty is good for another 9 months. I currently live in san diego. The car is silver with all options besides nav and xenon's. Black leather, only custom work done is the second cat's removed with a true dual installed. Car is fast, and sounds mean (but not to loud) the car has also had over $7400 in work done at mercedes 2 months ago under warranty. The car does not have a single dent or scratch on the entire car, including the front bumper and hood. It is perfectly flawless around. Non-smoker, all paper work on hand from all services ever performed. I have 4 brand new tires on it, as well as 2 brand new wheels. oil just changed last week, all around alignment done as well, and service b was completed 5 weeks ago. I hate to give it up but I was laid off friday so I have no other choice. I believe I owe 30k on it so whoever pays what I owe takes it. The price is pretty firm considering the amazing condition, low miles and all the new parts installed from BENZ. If interested please contact me.

it's 27,000k not 26k, it has no warranty, and like I said before my car is flawless, I had 7.5k worth of work done to it from MB last month new tires wheels etc. I must say ur really not bringing anything to the table. I would appreciate u not writing horse sh$# on this post...go fly a kite!

You talk as if having 7.5k worth of work done in the recent past is a good thing? That tells me the next buyer might have 7.5k more to do which is not good. I think you should be asking around $21k maybe because e55's are around 30k for a good one with lower miles. KBB says 23k for excellent condition and 21k for good which I do not think much buyers are looking for an c55 when they can get an E.

First, let me just say that joining a forum for the sole purpose of listing your car for sale is frowned upon.
Second, your car really is not worth what you are asking for it. Just because there aren't too many of these on the market doesn't mean people are going to be handing you ridiculous amounts of money for it. And the fact that it doesn't have bi-xenons and navigation only makes it worse.

It is because there are plenty of 05 C55s on AutoTrader with less miles and for $6k less than your price.

do my own research? ha.
how about an 05 like yours. 70k miles. fully loaded INCLUDING nav, premium sound, rims, satellite radio....and for $24500. this is a no brainer for me

see above comment
exactly. this guy is NOT getting 30 for a car worth 21 or 23. i dont care if its supercharged.....he still isnt going to get anywhere near 30....not even before our economy crashed
excellent points
so why dont you post under usan8v?....and 30k is a ridiculous price. did you not check KBB prices? and stop "WAIST"ing our time with your ridiculous posts/threads. maybe you should just sell your car locally in philly. no knowledgeable buyer on here is going to buy your car for anywhere near 30k. period.

This is a forum. Here people help people make informed decisions on MB's in particular! You car is a complete rip off and you asked for this by first listing at such a redicilous price, second for jumping down everyones throat for secaond guessing your price and third for challenging anyone to find one cheaper when in fact there are tons cheaper and with lower mileage. Just for the simple fact that you have created two accounts this worthless thread should be . Oh and by the way, you will never get close to 30k for your car here. I am sure it is nice but you are way overpriced in case you have not figured that out yet!

You will be forever chasing the market down if you do not get realistic on price. It is what it is so you could cut the price every week 5% to 10% until you hit the market value. The Holiday season is around the corner so prospective buyers are looking to spend money on smaller ticket items. Waiting until the market get better just means your car is that much older. Sell now or just keep it. San Diego is going through an economic downturn and who knows what will happen next year when CRE is in the dumps. Better get aggressive and deleverage as quickly as possible.

Only 8k more miles until it expires -
No Xenon and no NAV BIG -
Price considering economy and other C55's out there -
Unless you got tires, brakes, alignment done for $7.5k and no other faulty issues covered under warranty, it is a +
but I doubt it.
Anyhow, general consensus of board enthusiast is that you are priced much too high, and usually that statement when made by so many is pretty damn accurate.
Think about it.

Lets start with something very simple, where are the pictures of this immaculate vehicle?
Next, after you post pics, go look at the couple of other C55's that are up for sale. One guy started at 35k, he's now down to 27k, and no one is running to buy that car. Face reality, and your pain and suffering will end much sooner.

You defintely have to understand that the price from what we want and how much our vehicles aer worth are never going to be the same.
Especially in this economy you are very rarely going to get anything close to what you want. My car is a 2005 c55 with 73k miles on it. I WANT 25,000 but I KNOW that wont happen. Its being realistic. I'll probably only get $20k tops if I am lucky

Oh come on guys. Give the guy a break. He owes $30k on a basically 5 year old car (Must have been a really low down payment).
And if he tries to sell it in Cali it won't pass smog with that "True Dual" exhaust unless he used CARB approved/Exempt compenents to replace the Cats that were taken out.
With this economy even some R230 SL's are selling in the $30 -35K range (Granted they're 2003 models).
So, although it's a nice car (Although $7500 in maintenance costs does not mean $7500 in upgrades which was what he was making it sound like) to avoid having a repo on his record, sounds like his best bet is to turn it back in to the bank.
Besides, if we try and low ball him for $20k, the bank still won't release the title until the loan is paid off.

normally i would not chime in on somebody that is not looking for price feedback, but in this case i think the op has very unrealistic expectations. this is a $23k street price car if condition is 10/10.
good luck with sale
