FS: 2004 E55 37000 miles Lots of mods!!!!

Well, I am on to another project. I am gonna sell this E55 and go back to my original plan to get a Porsche TT. My 2004 E55 is spotless! It is probally one of the cleanest E55s around and several here have seen it in person and can vouch. The car has just over 37000 miles. Here are the specs. 2004 E55 -Lighting pkg. -Rear pwr. shade -Side shades -two tone merlot/black interior -light wood MODS -20x9 20x10.5 iforged wheels with Falken tires (less then 50 miles on both) ($3800) -E63 factory MB tails ($300) -clear corner lights ($75) -black grill (not 1 chip) ($200) -flat hood badge ($50) -E63 spoiler ($175) -gloss black vinyl wrapped roof ($250) -tinted windows (35%) ($200) -Renntech ELM V2 with remote ($1300) -Eurocharged tune ($700) -Eurocharged heat exchanger ($450) -Eurocharged 172 pully ($800) -Johnson CM30 pump ($175) -Have a EuroTeck carbon diffuser on order ($450) -Clear front bra ($600) Thats almost $10,000 in mods! I just had the oil, tranny, and brack fluids all changed last week with pictures to show. ($500) ASKING $31500 Theres not a scratch or ding on the car. I also have the original factory wheels with brand new Nittos for an extra $1000. The wheels have been professionally re-powdercoated factory silver and both wheels and tires have less then 100 miles. This car need absolutly nothing. There is not a mark on the interior. The rear seats look as if they have never been sat in. The door jams are spotless and waxed. There is no paint work or previous damage at all. It is a 3 owner car and has been in the South the entire time until I got it. You can tell from the underbody that is was never driven in snow or salt and probally very rarley if ever in the rain. I also have a estimate written by Chrysler Extended Warranty by Michael Case for a 2 year unltd. mileage bumper to bumper warranty for $2035. The car is also eligible for a 3yr, 4yr or 5yr due to the low miles.
