As the auction states, it currently has 79,747 miles.
According to the Autocheck report, the car came from California where it was registered from 2004-2009. A dealer from FL bought it in 2009. It was subsequently sold and last registered in Georgia.
No, I'm not a dealer. I'm a private party.
Floridamuscle, I e-mailed you my bottom line price.

I recycled the photos from the individual I purchased the car from back in March because I have more money than time lately. The photos are not "old as hell." They are from late 2009 and early 2010. Just how old is hell anyway?
That's fine if you think it's fishy but I do believe the Autocheck/Carfax reports, my eBay feedback, etc. back up what I am selling. You're entitled to your own opinion though. If the photos are an issue, the car will sell for a lower price. That's the beauty of a no reserve auction.

Yes, he used the photos from the dealer he purchased the car from in late 2009.
This is not a 55; it's a CL600.
Anyone is more than welcome to come take a look at it, get it inspected, etc.

So did he then recycle the photos from the owner he bought it from? Looks like the pictures date back to three different owners. If you have more money then time, why dont you pay someone to take current pics.? Good luck floridamsucle, just get her checked out which I would reccomend on any older 55 with high miles.

The car looks exactly the same now as it did a few months ago when the photos were taken, sans the badges.
I have nothing to hide. My feedback speaks for itself. I just have more money than time lately, that's all. It's a no reserve auction, so if people feel the photos are an issue then that will be built into their bidding.

Your right, spending 10min to take pics is a real headache. People like you that scare people away from buying cars on ebay. Post up photos you didnt take, then they get the car and are like WTF, looked clean in the photos but has shwacked on the side and front..hmmm. Your either Lazy or hiding something on the car.

the car on most of the pics is in the "high" suspension position.
is there an issue with the abc? most cars that are driven that way are driven so that they are prevented from trying to calibrate when in "normal" position as it does not work too well- they have abc pump calibration issues (pump body, valves, hoses, god forbid shocks) and that is $$$$ to fix.
otherwise- a no-reserve auction is where the truth is
