WTB: E55, prefer black, less than 40K miles (more details inside)
Year does not matter that much, depending on mileage and condition, also, whether there is any remaining factory warranty/extended warranty. I'd prefer an 06, but would not pass a low mileage, excellent condition 03 for less money.
Top three colors in no order are: Black, Flint Grey/Tectite(sp?), or silver color preferred.
-Not very picky on color except the two colors I don't want are the champagne or whatever color it is and I don't white either.
- DO NOT WANT WOOD TRIM INTERIOR
-Pano would be a plus.
-Less than 40K - less than 30K would be MUCH better, obviously, the lower miles the better.
-I'd like an 06, but would go for any of the years.
- I don't want to spend more than high 20s tops, only crack 30 grand if I have to purchase a warranty or extend.
Looks like Manheim, mid to high 20s, you can get a low mileage one in mint condition.
What's out there? Any sellers?
I keep hearing about this emoving poster ... are you on here, sir? Any help or leads?
I'm about to get married and selling the M5 almost immediately after, so I think it's about time I spread my search a bit more. I haven't found that right car just yet...hoping this forum will lead somewhere better.
Thank you for any feedback and help!

if you want to contact emoving, go to W211 AMG, personally I think it will take you a long time to find a car that you described. I actually bought 06 flint grey from emoving a year and half ago. You won't able to find low mileage E55 for less than $30k, just forget about it.

2005 c55
Nice pickup Andrew. I am trying to sell my 2000 clk430 then will start my search for an e55 myself and hope to find a 2005 or 2006 for low 30's and look at cars.com and autotrader.com and see there are a few out but one needs to be a bit flexible.

I'm not talking about just 06 ... I meant any year.
I see guys buying mint condition ones with less than the 40K mark for mid to high 20s, most being 04s or 05s.
I don't see it being a far fetch ... these cars have dropped considerably the last year or so; hence the reason why I'm interested as of late and I wanted to pick up a 4-door AMG since late last year.
I have access to manheim so I will buying the car I want at wholesale price (cousin is a dealer and I usually head up there with him when I buy my cars). I've bought all 3 of my previous from Manheim; even my current M5 is from there. I will probably end up buying my car from there again, unless I find a better deal somewhere on the forums or through a member.
I'll have to send this emoving member a PM.
Thanks guys.
