I think that I have found "the right one" but I don't know if it's the right price... $32k for a 2004 seems high to me.... but it's a CPO. (brand new tires, brakes, loaded). Is that too high for a 2004?

It has 37,000 miles and a new CPO so it has 1 year/ 100,000 bumper to bumper.

I would buy that in a heart beat ESP if ur buying straight from mb and it's CPo and I would extend that warranty.

yeah the cheapest e63 would cost about 40k so I'll just keep looking and see what I stumble across when I'm ready... Personally I like the e55 bumper more... And yeah supercharged v8 sounds good to me and your rolling in class/style lol that's why I want it even though if I wanna go fast I have my bike

It's a 2004 new CPO from the MB dealer in Nashville with 38,000 miles. I spoke to the previous owner and he didn't have a single issue with it other than a loose bolt that caused the exhaust to rattle...obviously was fixed. He traded it in on a new E63.

It has every option available, Pano, Solar Panels, keyless, nav, Dynamic Seats, parking, etc. I bought it without having seen or driven it so I'm excited and nervous. I am having it shipped to my house so I better like it. When they certified it, they put 4 new tires on it, did a B service, replaced the super charger belt, and a couple other things. I get a new 1 year 100,000 warranty and I'm thinking about extending the CPO another year. It costs $2395 for an extra year. From what I've read here that will be money well spent as the CPO warrantys are better than the aftermarket ones??

Hmmm that sounds darn pricey for 1 year. I would expect to get 2 years from that, I thought folks spent just north of $3K for the 3 year warranty.

I mean 1 year 100K miles when you have less than 40K on the clock now..

a 3 year 100K sounds better. You didn't negotiate for that? I would of asked them to throw that in as part of the deal, I'm sure you spent a small fortune on the car since you bought from a merc dealer. But anyways, you sound excited and that's what's important.

I went ahead and got the extra year for $2395. It will be worth it in the long run. So I'll have a 2 year 100k warranty. I asked if they would throw it in but they explained that the money goes straight to MB, so if they "threw it in" they would then be losing money on the car. I could have gotten an after market warranty, but the CPO one is much better.

To be honest, I think folks/businesses are starting to consider email inquiries as not as series as a phone call inquire. Now I prefer email, allows me to reach out when it's convenient to me and I figure it will allow them to respond in kind. But ya not getting anything back from folks with questions about their E55 for sale. Have 2 or 3 emails out and nothing

Yeah I know, its easy for emails because they go to my phone, and Im in London for school so phonecalls will get pricey... its just kind of annoying haha I mean, somebody sends you an email to buy your car, I respond right away. I guess some people are on a different agenda.

It's all paid for and I got the 2 year 100,000 mile warranty. It wasn't cheap, but I'd rather regret paying $2000 for it and not using it than regret not paying it and having outrageous repair bills.

Thankyou sir! I would have preferred a 2005 for the resale value, but this baby has every option on it, certified, and I'm covered till 11/2012 for any repair. I am very excited! I will post pics when it arrives!!!
