It could use some leather conditioner, but does not look worn? The seat adjustment button is no big deal, they are known to pop off from time to time. I am sure someone got a rag or shirt sleeve stuck behind it and popped it loose.

Hi.. I just purchased this wagon WDBUH76J55A784954 in TX today collect it on Monday. Hoping all checks out. Does anybody have any info or history on this car before I pick it up. It has the walnut trim vs the traditional E55 sportier trim but hope I can find replacement trim to change out from the wood finish.
Hopefully third time a charm as I had confirmed purchases twice before but cars turned out to be misrepresented from a paint work stand point. Hopfully no body work done on this.

There is a 2009 at a MB dealership in FL that I was told was mine only to find out the GM has it sold. I went back and forth with the sales manager only to get a vm later today saying it was sold to someone else.
