The wagon appeals to me for the following reasons:

It is rare
It is a capable all around performer
You can haul a ton of things when needed
The wagon body style flys under the radar and is largely unnoticed by LEO's and other super cars

I was able to close the deal on the '05 E55 that was for sale at Rallye Motors Mercedes-Benz within 24 hours. It is a beautiful car that was traded in on a new E63 "S" Series Estate.

Hey guys, I'm new to the MB production data, but quite experienced with the BMW data. Here are my findings for the the E55 and E63 wagons.

E55

Total - 1,444 cars
US - 215 cars
Canada - 8 cars

E63

Total - 725 cars
US - 165 cars + 1 production test vehicle (shipped back to Germany)
Canada - not available

I can break down the data by countries, color, interior and options. Since I'm not very Mercedes savvy, I'd like more experienced people to challenge my findings to improve the accuracy.

Great price for 15k miles, I was drooling over it, and I would have bought it if the color was not black on black. I live in south FL, I am in the market for a MBE63AMGwagon but do not want black.

If you can break down by color, that would be great. You should probably post it on the W211 AMG forum - there may be more traffic there vs. this long FS post!

I see 2 Capri on Grey, none of them are 08. Can you post the last 6 characters of your VIN to verify the color/interior?
