They showed that the exterior CF on that car is only $3,125. MSRP for that is $5,500. Wonder how that happened.

Just got back from a week-long trip to Rhode Island. 600 miles give or take. 3 adults, 2 children and ALL of our luggage. The E55 Wagon did great - comfortable, fast, and reliable. Loved the trip with this car. What a special machine!

Interesting car, I pulled the datacard out of curiosity. Seller doesn't seem to know it very well, there are multiple mistakes in the description. From EPC:

Color: Alabaster white
Interior: Anthracite leather
Wood: Designo burred walnut

Options: rear door sunblinds (297), heated/vented seats (401), drive dynamic seats (433/434), Bi-Xenon (615), CD changer (819), Third row seat (844), Keyless Go (889)

No navigation, no distronic, no parktronic (was that even available on the wagons?), no power hatch, no satellite radio

EPC shows a delivery date of 3/3/2005. Odd that it is a 2006 model.

I wouldn't mind having it - would look great parked next to my black one!

One of the tires is from eptyres.com. Never heard of that brand before, but I get red flag warnings when seeing no-name tires on a premium vehicle like an AMG. Maybe it's just me...

LOL. Those are Chinese knock off tires. The tread mimics Michelin and Continental. I wouldn't put those on a donkey cart let alone an AMG Mercedes. Whoever wants to buy that car needs to get a VERY THOROUGH PPI.

will be interesting to see if reserve can be met. i saw an 80k mileage e63 wagon for sale at the local dealer for $29k and though no CPO it did seem like a nice car

Totally stock, put it in drive, shift mode "S", staged, full throttle, full brake, let go of the brakes on the yellows, and enjoyed the ride... Didn't even try to manual shift it. ( the manual shifting is more of a suggestion than a shift )

I couldn't get spencer ( the dog ) to wear a helmet so I had to go solo.

On my announcer card I stated " seven passenger, and massage seats " in the performance section.

And it made a lot of people sad in their "performance cars"
