Likely selling my '05 E55 Wagon this Fall ... E55 was my dd from Fall '15 when I bought it (94k miles) to now (121k miles), but now I'm driving an SUV daily for work and think I'd like to move to something a little "sportier" for the weekend car. Lot of maintenance done, happy to go into detail if anyone is interested and will be looking in a couple months time.
Color: Iridium Silver/Black/Black Birdseye Maple
Options of note:
*Ventilated/Dynamic Seats
*Third Row
*Distronic
Maintenance highlights, all maintenance done after 94k miles completed by European Performance in St. Petersburg:
*All 4 corners of air suspension replaced (fronts have less than 2500 miles on them, had arnotts fail twice on me after I replaced at 100k miles and got sick of it and went to Bilsteins), rears were done at 85k miles I believe
*Transmission/TC was pulled and rebuilt. When I bought the car it had slight slipping the first 5 minutes or so the car was driven after cold start. While doing the TC had the shop also do the tranny as PM
*Rear rotors/pads replaced 1k miles ago
*New rear Michelin Pilot Super Sports in rear 1k miles ago
Modifications:
*"Streamblue" added for bluetooth audio, "Tooki" added for bluetooth phone.
*Kleeman K2 - headers, pulley, tune (installed 1k miles ago). Parts bought new from Kleeman in Colorado.
*PLM heat exchanger - (installed 1k miles ago)
*Thule roof rack
Flaws:
*Minor wear on driver's seat/bolster
*Minor wear on center console where elbow rests
*Scuff on front lower passenger side of bumper
*PLM heat exchanger pushes the bottom of the dront bumper down slightly.
*~5" scratch on the rear passenger door
Will make a thread for it closer to the Fall (unless a local snatches it or decide to give BAT a whirl). Likely looking for somewhere in the 22-23k range.
A bit!! That's a understatement lol. Getting those seat redone will set a wallet back $250- 300.00 easy, plus taking off that darn black wrap on the wheels is definitely a MUST! Although it's a decent looking E55!
All of a sudden there are several for sale (including mine which is currently only posted on MBW). I think this is the most I've seen for sale at one time since I started looking ~3 years ago.

There's always a handful of these things forsale at any given time, sometimes you've just gotta dig around to find em.

I know... I spent a year with alerts set up on multiple sites/apps to find my car. Now there are 3 for sale on autotrader and 3 for sale on this site; I don't remember any one time in the last three years there have been (at least) 6 for sale at one time.
The one on Auto Trader without the picture was about an hour away from me in Ohio, I called to go see it and it's already been sold.
The Silver one for $24,999 on Auto Trader is in Atlanta. It is advertised here atlanta.craigslist.org for $19,999 and it is revealed there that it has a rebuilt title, which the seller tried to b.s. me about, claiming it has some small wheel damage. I little searching showed me it was totaled in 2015. If a buyer is ok with a rebuilt title the seller already told me they will take $18k cash. I'm kind of interested but I don't think I'm going to bite.

I wouldn't touch a rebuilt title with a 10' pole. It likely was rebuilt with salvaged parts.
Thinking about selling my 2006 e55 wagon. VIN #WDBUH76J06A972413
It's got 51k miles on it. No accidents, not even a fender bender. Only thing wrong cosmetically is that the bumpers have some parking lots scrapes and rims have some curb rub.
Fully maintained at Mercedes Benz NYC...records are all there. Bought it in 07 with 4k miles from Larchmont Mercedes where it was used as an Mercedes executive car. Has the 2 jump seats in the back.
It's got a great color combination--dark blue on blue.
Lmk if anyone is interested. I think if you've been looking for this color combo, live with in striking distance of NYC, and are willing to pay a fair price, you're going to like this car. IMO, it's one of the prettiest ones out there.
I don't really need to sell it anytime soon, so please don't lowball me. Hit me up at jonasphilliplee@gmail.com if interested.
Will get pictures and a proper ad posted soon, but selling our:
2005 E55 Wagon
Black/Black
115,000 miles
Stock, no mods
Reasonably clean for it's age. Needs new rear ash trays (kids!).
Leaning towards $25,000.
If you're interested, PM me, and I'll get the proper ad up probably next week.
I'm in Clearwater, west of Tampa.
Those ashtrays! I had my E500 for less than 2 hours and my kids broke one of the rear ashtrays, then a year later my nephew broke the other one for me.

Great looking car! I am in the market, but I'm sure you're out of my price range.
