FS: 2007 C350 Sport, Black/Black
It was a tough decision, but I've decided to sell my C350 to get something larger. Its just a bit too tight with two kids seats in the back. I've only had the car for a short time, but it has been great in every way. It's the nicest car I've ever owned. The car is in impeccable shape, with just over 52,000 miles. Serviced at the dealership exclusively by the 1st owner (I'm the 2nd). Clean CarFax/Autocheck. No accidents, etc. It has all recommended service including trans service, and brake flush(s). The tires are like new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus, installed last fall. Re-balanced back in March. Dead smooth on the highway. Excellent fuel economy as well. I average almost 25mpg in mixed city driving. It approaches 30mpg on highway trips. I have a loan on the car, but the title is held at a local credit union, so it is no problem to get the title if we meet at their office.
Vital Stats:
2007 C350, Black w/Black MB-tex interior, , black birds-eye maple wood trim. 7-speed auto trans. The Sport version came with AMG body kit, AMG exhaust, AMG suspension, and AMG brakes (same as C32/C55). Loaded with all options except for NAV. That includes power seats, Harman Kardon audio, SAT radio, 6-disk glovebox changer, factory HID lighting package, auto-dim mirrors, rain sensing wipers, HomeLink, sunroof package, power sunshade, seat warmers, fold down rear seats. Also has the OEM Ipod adapter installed! Everything on the car works as new.
Asking $21,000 obo, which is bellow both KBB and Edmunds TMV for private sale. Located in the Atlanta Metro area.

I guess I forgot to mention because these are things I take for granted, but the car is garage kept at work/home, and I'm a non-smoker (1st owner was as well). The interior is just about like new. I've also spent a lot of time getting the paint to near perfection with my Porter Cable DA buffer. Swirl marks are not a part of this car.

BTW,
If you want to see a a free AutoCheck report for this car, I had this listed on Ebay very briefly (mainly just to test their free local listing service).
Here is a link to that ad which still provides the current AutoCheck report. You'll see that it incorrectly reports it as a 1 owner car despite me purchasing it last winter.

The CarFax report correctly indicates it as a 2 owner car and also shows all the service visits that were performed at the MB dealer in Charleston, SC. I have a printed copy of that report from when I bought the car. I'll try to scan it tonight.

How about an asking price of $20,000? That's Kelly trade-in value for this car in Excellent condition. Looking to make someone a great deal one of the nicest C-classes you'll ever see.

After researching, I do believe the exhaust just has AMG tips. Still sounds great though. The suspension is probably somewhere in between normal Benz and the hardcore ride on the C55 AMG. It is definitely lower and rides firmer than the luxury C-class models.

So, just in case it isn't obvious, I'm asking $20,000 firm for this car.
The only other car like this that I can find listed right now (2007 C350, Black, 7G, AMG sport pack, bixenons, HK audio, sunroof, etc) for sale in the US right now is at CarMax and they want $24k for it, and that one doesn't even have heated seats or Ipod like mine.
Just to give you an idea how rare these 2007 C350s are, for 2007 model year, Cars.com currently has over 580 C230s, more than 300 C280s, but less than 10 C350s, which includes about 5 luxury and 4matic models
