WTB E55 CPO or Extended Warranty
BLACK/BLACK OR TECTITE GREY/BLACK, must have PANO AND NAV.

Nav is easy to add, all the cars come setup for it. That said, most Pano cars are pretty well loaded, so it's unlikely a Pano car would be without Nav.
Adding Pano is a bit more involved...

Thank you for that. Are there any specifics that would disqualify a car right out of the gate for a warranty, i.e. - a car older than 2004, certain number of miles, etc...?

Unless the vehicle is a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) It will be out of warranty at over 50,000 miles or any model later than 07. The original factory warranty is 4 years. Keep in mind that 07 models where also sold in 2006 and any date of purchase before the current day in 2007 for example (7/20/2007) will have an expired warranty.
CPO vehicles are different. They are a +1 year from time of original warranty but a dealership can also certify them after the factory warranty is expired so its hit or miss trying to tell if it is in service. As a general rule I rarely see a vehicle older than an 06 model with current warranty coverage.

I have an '05 flint grey E55 with pano roof and nav I'm getting ready to sell.
Car is mechanically stock. It does have a prior design front bumper and 20" 360forged concave multi wheels. I have the stock wheels as well.
It has an aftermarket warranty that will transfer to the new owner.

I can let it go anytime. I just decided to go back to school. Selling the car is whats going to pay for it.
These are all the pictures I have at the moment. The front bumper is now a prior design one.
They're crappy cell phone pictures. I'm waiting for the weather to get a bit nicer and borrow a decent camera to take pictures.
