Selling my 2004 e55 amg. I am open to trades but prob something different then a Mercedes.

Car has 65,xxx miles on it. I do have a Lexus 0 deductable warranty left until 74k miles. It works amazing at the dealer with a loaner. I have never paid a dollar for any work done to the car.

Since the warranty I have had the tranny replaced, pano roof, and alternator. I am very picky with this car so if I think just something isnt right it goes straight to the dealer.

The options on this from factory are
6 disc cd player
pano roof
comfort access Push button start

Mods..
2nd resos and cats removed. gives a tiny bit more sound. no engine lights result from this mod.

Stock rims painted black

Yellow brake calipers with brembo logo instead of amg logo

Front grill painted black along with Benz star emblem

Side emblems removed

Tires were just replaced within the last 6 months

Back logos painted black

Tail lights and brake light painted light black

Front bumper repainted and hood touched up due to a minor fender bender in the parking lot that I did not report to carfax. the carfax is clean on this car.I switched out the headlights and had the whole front resprayed to reduce rockchips.

New e63 headlights with 8000k hids, also have 6000k bulbs you can switch out

Limo tint all the way around.

Smoked front turn signals aftermarket


Dealer replaced inter cooler pump with higher output one to eliminate the blower turning off. "common problem with used e55s". I drive around in TX 100 plus heat and have never had and supercharger heat soak issues since the repair.


These colors are hard to find with Pano so I hope that someone that buys it will take care of it as much as I have.

Having the rims resprayed this week to have a new paint coat on them for the new owner.

Plz keep in mind the cars front end is a 9.5 out of 10 after the new headlights and repainted front end. the car is EXTREMELY clean Very little swirls. no dents. The car turns heads everywhere. I have a 12 inch Jl w3 sub built in the spare tire well "REMOVABLE" and amp installed. I may remove for lower price.

 

Very nice looking car. I'm currently looking for an E55 in my area and found a few but trying to figure out aftermarket warranty for them. I was looking at 05-06's.

Living in NY its hard to stop on over and check your car out haha.

 

warranties for these cars is just wonderful to have. I take mine in and let the dealer fix any little thing that goes wrong, plus check for anything else. Its good to know that when a car has been warrantied its whole life it has been dealer serviced and always maintained if something has ever gone wrong. why not when its free

If you dont look at mine get one that has been warrantied imo the best ones to own for long term. If you want there are a couple local forum members that could look it over for a second opinion. The car dosnt look like an 04 to anyone on the road that turns around to stare at it.

 

Do you happen to know offhand if the warranty is extendable?

Any luck on entending the warranty onto the next owner. Coverage costs such as decutible and if its as close to bumper to bumper as you can get?

Rims were just repainted. Look flawless.

zero deductible. and bumper to bumper. I have never seen anything they havnt covered. As far as extending it I have not found out but will find out soon.

 

this color is sick...Reminds me of the dark shadow gray 03 Cobra.

More motivated to sell I found a car I want. I will also look at trades. looking into getting into a sports car again. possibly a corvette.

Car has 66,500 miles on it now. Warranty expires at 70,400. The warranty has been flawless. I can deduct somewhere around 450 off if you dont want the remainder of warranty.

Sadly I called the warranty company today and its not extendable. However there are some good aftermarket companies including easycare that can sell you a warranty.

The warranty is good at any benz dealer. I take mine to Mercedes of san antonio. they give me a c class loaner car and a smile. I have never paid any of the repairs minus oil changes

Fully Built Twin Turbo 350Z here. 36k miles. Built the car in 2007. 6k miles on the built motor / turbos / etc...even less on the suspension. Everything is top notch from the stereo to the motor. Over $80k invested. LMK if this is something you're interested in.

sounds like a beast. I actually ended up picking up a z06 last weekend so no longer looking for trades. No one wants a Mercedes e55 with dealer serviced warranty. I will be happy to have it dealer checked out for the next owner and IF anything came up will have it fixed!

 

I wanted one of these SO bad before. Still a timeless car!

Congrats on the Z06. Awesome cars. 06s had the best ecm (little more advance on the timing than any other year Z06).

I <3 my Z...don't want to get rid of her at all, but family first. She puts a smile on my face every time I drive her, and makes who ever's in the passenger seat pee a little in their pants. lol

 

Can you post more pictures of the interior ? Also I assume the car has a clean title (not salvaged), any accidents ?, and how many owners ? Thanks

 

Thanks for the comments all. The car does have a clear tittle. No accidents on carfax. Only thing was the headlights were replaced with the 63 style and front bumper was repainted due to my roomate backing up his hitch into my headlight and bumper. was not bad at all the car was parked. I just bought new headlights and had the bumper repainted. Was only scratched. I paid out of pocket for the repair.

I believe I am the 3rd owner.

Here are some more pics. I took a pic of the wear on the side bolster. Prob easy fix at upholstery shop. Also a little wear on arm rest most likley due to sun from sunroof. prob another simple fix if you would want to fix it. The ash tray cover has a crack on the wood grain been there since I have owned it never bothered me enough to replace it. As you can see the exterior is in excellent shape. I hand wash and wax the car often.
