2003 S55 AMG Kleeman and ASP parts

Milage: 81,253

2003 Mercedes Benz S55 AMG
I hope I remember everything on this car, I am listing everything to best of my knowledge. If I forget something I will add it later. The reason for the sell is because my wife and I want a sports car to cruise around in.
Body/exterior:
The body on this car I would rate it a 9.5/10. Like the milage says, almost 82k. So it will have some little imperfections in the paint. Over all you can't see any of the scratches in the paint until you are about 3 feet or closer. It does have a rear spoiler, I am unsure of the make on it, but it looks like a Lorinser rear spoiler. I have detailed the car and clay bared the car twice since owning the car since April of 2011. There is one wheel that has a little curb mark from the previous owners.
Interior:
The inside of this car is alomost perfect. The drivers seat shows little wear for the 82k miles it has. The back seats are in perfect condition. The seats have 3 memory settings and are heated and cooled in the front. The rear sets are heated as well. It does have the rear power shade and rear side door shades, good for the kids. Everything power option works perfect.
Engine:
The engine has a few little goodies hiding. BMC air intake filter lead the way of induction. It has a 82mm throttle body upgrade. Along with that, it has a ASP 180mm pulley kit and Kleemann tune. A Johnson CM30 I/C pump has been installed to combat the heat of the larger pulley kit. The exhaust is all aftermarket starting with the Kleemann headers followed by resonator and cat delete. The exhaust is off a C-class AMG. I believe it was a V12 AMG, because the exhaust note is different than I've ever heard.....which I love. To total it all up there is over $6,500 in aftermarket parts, not including the labor cost. I have no idea what the exhaust cost, as I am unsure which car it came off. That's another cost I have not calculated in.
I just had the car in for service, and everything came out good. I had them change the oil, and check the tranny level, and all other fluids. The car does have TSW AMG replica wheels. 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the rear. The tires are in excellent condition. Yokahama S.Drive, 245x40 have about 85-90% tread left, and the rears 275x35 I just replaced about 600 miles ago. I have brought the car to the track and made 3 passes. Very consistant with a 12.54, 15.52, and a 12.2. I have yet to get her dyno'd, but if I guessed it would be around the 500rwhp mark.
I have tried to describe everything to the best of my knowledge, but I forgot something I will edit later. Please ask questions if you have them.
Below is a link to my photobuck uploads. I have take a few pictures, but if there's a picture you want specificlly, let me know I will email them to you.

Well as life goes, things have happened and I need to sell this car ASAP. Lower Price - $24,500. Please spread the word, it would help me out greatly.

I'll keep that in mind. Forgot to add that car does have a 3M clear bra on the front bumper, hood, headlights, and side-view mirrors...which is about a $500-700 upgrade. Professionally installed.

I'm interested...a few of the basic questions:
(1) how many owners and do you have all the records ?
(2) accidents or paint work done to the car ?
(3) ABC been fixed or worked on yet ?
(4) brake pad and rotors - when were they last replaced ?

2. Car has a clean title in my hand. I was not made aware of any paint work when I bought the car.
3. The ABC has not been replaced/worked on as I have not had any suspension issues with this car.
4. I just had the car for service and spent about $1,200 and the brakes and rotors checked good. There are no vibrations in the brakes at all, and the pedal is still stiff. However, I am unsure of when the pads and rotors were replaced.

Eric - Thanks for the PM, but you may want to post this info in your initial post or as a response to my question as I would imagine most would be interested in the answers.
