I've been doing a little research on it and I think $26750 obo is fair. The warranty alone really sets it apart with 2 yrs/unlimited miles remaining, $100 deductible. My one experience with Chrysler Factory Plans nearly covered the $3500 I paid for it.
The car overall is very clean with a few minor imperfections here and there, although really not bad for 6 years and 85k miles. I couldn't capture much of that in pics because it's all very minor. Tires have some life left but would need replacing in a few thousand miles. I've left that tire choice/preference up to the next buyer and factored it into my price.
Mechanically the car has been very sound with very few dealer visits. Most miles were on my 60 mi round trip/day daily Highway commute and 2-3 200 round trip airport trips per month from Oct 2008 to July 2011 when I moved close to work. So most of its miles have been on cruise control...easy life.
CL63 came today so I'm ready to find the next caretaker!

Well what do you think it's worth then? Clean stock car with service records, easy life. Note that I did also say OBO so if someone is serious I'll listen to offers.
KBB and edmunds both say 25k+. How many others on the market offer a warranty like this? You can't even get it from Chrysler Factory Plans anymore.

It is OBO so I'm negotiable but when a dealer offered me $22k I know it's worthy few K more.
Also FYI I understand that that warranty is no longer available and it's worth it's weight in platinum!
