I'm looking at getting back into a roadster so I'm selling the 2005 C240 I converted into a C32 4Matic.

List of things that have been done to it:
3.2L M112k Supercharged C32 engine, upgraded internals on trans, NeedsWings thermal and teflon coated upper plenums, NeedsWings thermal and teflon coated DCAI, NeedsWings thermal and teflon coated valve covers, 62mm SC pulley, hi-flow Pierburg coolant pump, upgraded heat exchanger, Speedriven ECU and TCU tune, -1 colder plugs, Magnacore wires, selectable sprint booster, Bix headlamps w/ body color matched bezels, Nav radio modified for DVD and backup camera input, Sirius satellite radio, integrated iPod controller w/ add-on to correct for low sound volume, bluetooth cellular hands-free, carbon-fiber wrap on wood trim pieces, Mercedes All-Weather rubber floor mats along with carpet ones that are practically new and MidCity remote start which uses the factory remote.

This is my daily driver and right now it has 105k on the body and 54k on the drivetrain. The fluids have all been dumped and looked at and everything looks great. I'm running Motul Gear 300 in the front and rear diffs, the original spec'd 236.10 trans fluid and the updated Benz transfer case gear oil.

KBB lists the C32 with 54k in good condition at $18,699 private party

KBB lists the C240 with 105k in good condition at $11,091 private party

I'm asking $16,500 with everything listed above left on the car. This car would cost close to $25k for someone to build and with it being the ONLY one in the world, please do not low-ball me on the price. The car is located in NW Chicago and you can call or text me at (952) 681-1000 to line up a time to come take a look at it.

Here are some pictures from the build thread.

Here's the puny little 2.6L this 2005 C240 4Matic came with. This thing can't get out of it's own way and it has got to go!

There we go, now we're getting somewhere... 168HP -> 0HP Well it's not like it was much to begin with anyways.

That's the last we'll see of this engine. It's off to bigger and better things!!!

Look at this beastly thing. Is it really going in a 4Matic or is this some kind of cruel joke?

Look at the back of the transmission... HAHA!!! It's a transfer case... This really is a 4Matic!!!

Everything fits and is back together. You can even see the front driveshaft and how it's all snug as a bug in a rug.

At 349HP, we've more than doubled this car's horsepower which should make for some fun spirited driving!

Original C240 Badges? No reason to end up in the AMG poser thread. Plus they'll never even see it coming!!!

what kind of power does this put down to the wheels?

I haven't had it on the rollers but I've beat an SRT6 with 340WHP and a C32 with 350WHP so I'd assume it's right in that neighborhood.

If you want your wagon done, I'm not opposed to swapping drivetrains. I'd rather sell the car as is but if it all works out the same at the end of the day, who am I to complain.

Are you talking about the trans or the diffs? I upgraded the internals on the transmission so it would handle the extra power. Diffs just got better gear oil but so far they are taking it just fine. If I still have the car this fall, I'll prolly take everything apart again just to see how it's all doing but I've already split everything so it may just be for my own piece of mind and it never hurts anything to take a peek when it comes time to change out the fluids.

I saw where you stated you upgraded the trans. The diffs and transfer case I'd imagine may need a little upgrading seeing as how you more than doubled the power... although the e550 and such come in 4 matic... slick ride none the less!
