Wanted: W211 E55

Hasn't even been a year since I've sold mine and I want it back already. I am looking for something similar to the one I once had:

It was an 03 that sold for 18k with a Bunch a goodies and flawless service history about a year ago. Meaning a year later I am looking for an 04 - Two owner with similar service and mods for about the same price. Without those high-dollar specific services being done (mounts, air sus, fuel pumps, torque converter, front susp overhaul), and the tasteful mods (CLS wheels, Tune, etc), I will obviously take considerable $$ off the price.

I will be taking to a Mercedes Dealership and I will be paying for a full inspection, specifically asking them to look for rear main seal leaks, air suspension, engine/trans mount condition, and and other problem areas mentioned above. I will also be running carfax

Yeah I saw both. The first guy is in the ballpark, the 2nd surely is not.

Preferably I'd like it to be in CA and either be smog legal, or already be smogged

I, too, am looking for one. Apparently you have noticed the same thing I have - the owners seem to think their car is made of gold. I'm looking in the $21k range and the ones that should be there are around $24k. Whatever.

Yeah, there's one here in CA with 150k miles clean title. Owner is asking 12,500 and it has been on the market for months!!

Still looking though, one will come up one time or another

Was it a 2003 in CA? The one I found was on Socal Craigslist. No service history which is probably why he won't get more than 10k on it

2005 A4 USP

I am looking at a 2005 with 65k miles in Atlanta. It's got all the options and the Designo package (some people don't like it, but I do) and he said his bottom dollar is $23k. If he will come to $22k I will probably go pick it up.

I have an '05 E55 in so cal. Blk/blk. 91k

Nav and tinted windows.

All service records.

Just fell out of warranty so everything has been fixed by MBZ (air struts, etc)

ask $21k

2006 E55 with 70,800 miles. Black/Black. Nav, Dynamic Seats, Sunroof. $24,000.

New intercooler pump, belts, plugs and oil about 1,000 miles ago.

06 E55, Bought it out of Dallas already modified. big mistake.. Ex gf put a hole in the hood, keyed it, and dented the drivers door. I replaced all the glass already... Its been lowered, 180mm pulley? full length headers, ECU tune, E63 front conversion and trunk spoiler, Drive Dynamic heated, ventilated seats, park tronic, dark wood, rear window shade, new cheapy 19' "E63 style" wheels with brand new Michellin rubber. A also have a set of 19" Brabus Monoblock V 2 piece rims that came on the car.. Down side? I pulled her in to change the oil... changed it, (drained both sumps, added 8.5 quarts of mobil 1 5w40)) and upon start up, she smoked like crazy and was knocking on upper end.
