2014 is just a year and a half away. Looks like a great car and CPO is very desirable. Might be a touch above market though.

I appreciate everyone's input and those who PM'd offers. CPO warranty is until June of 2014, making it almost 2 years. Buying a 1 year warranty from the dealer will cost somewhere in the ballpark of $3500-$4000, and CPO has no deductible. Carbon fiber parts alone are worth over $1500 and NavTV is in the $8 hundos range.
