This is a 2005 E55 AMG that is 100% stock and dealer maintained under factory warranty since new. It is still under bumper-to-bumper warranty that is transferable to the new owner and expires 11/30/12; This Mercedes has a clean title and an extensive service history thru Mercedes-Benz dealers, all service has been kept up to date and can be seen at any Mercedes dealer.

It was ordered new in 2005 with the premium package that includes active ventilated front seats, drive dynamic seats, 6-disc CD changer, DVD navigation system along with a full list of standard features including heated seats, power everything, automatic transmission, memory seat/mirror etc.

Original MSRP of more than $98k in 2005 include a 5.4L (332 ci) 24-valve supercharged AMG aluminum-alloy V8 engine with helical high-pressure supercharger and 5-speed AMG-enhanced automatic drive-adaptive
transmission-inc: AMG SpeedShift, Touch Shift, optimum gear programming,

I have owned this car for 3 years, driven it daily, taken it on long trips and enjoyed every minute of it, but am selling to get a new car.; The only imperfections are (1) passenger sun-visor is a bit hard to move, something sticky in the visor bearing mechanism & (2) Small rip in the rear seat leather. Both are considered wear & tear by dealer, otherwise they would have been fixed under warranty.

I have a clean title in hand and registration is up-to-date.

Did I read this right - between $16K and $19K? If that's the case your making it seem as though the price of these cars are SINKING????
$98k new - 7yrs old, and under 100k miles and it's going for less than $20k (wtf)

I would think low-mid 20's.

 

don't think so, not with those miles, and the average guy is going to want a fresh set of more street friendly tires (another 8-1200). Looks nice and the range seems reasonable.
