I appreciate the kind words - this is a matter of me driving the vehicle fewer than 1400 miles since I purchased it and can't really justify the note and insurance for a beauty like this to sit in the garage -

Payoff is $22,1xx - I'll do $22k for a board member if it's by the end of October. Moving/Buying a house and this is one more thing to have to move...

Agreed. I'm looking for an E55 and the amount of clowns looking for $30k for their E55s are nuts!

I do think many folks (at least here) are going to need a reality check on prices on these cars. That's some rare air for cars that are 8/9 years old, with no warranties and very little financing.
