I don't know much about Canada car market but the asking price is ridiculous. 2011 C63 is about $50K-$60K and your friend asking price $120K

This. Even though it has 0 miles, never plated, etc. it's not quite the collector's car your friend thinks it is despite being only 1 of 30. Good luck to him but if he really wants to sell it, he'll need to be more realistic.

Affalterbach C63
What would you guys consider a realistic number? As I said he is looking to move it, but prehaps needs some insight to a fair value...I'm a Porsche guy so don't know/can't advise him what a proper value for it is....Thanks!

I just went on cars.com (US listings- don't know about price difference for Canadians) and the most expensive 2011 C63, they're asking $72,500 with 2,500 miles. That said, he's asking too much for his car. A realistic US price for a non Affalterbach edition (regular C63) with low mileage is going to be around $60,000. Since it's ultra low mileage and a special edition, he may realistically get $65,000-70,000 for it but at the higher end, you really have to find the right buyer that really wants this exact car.

This car originally retailed for $85,000 Canadian dollars. He'd be lucky to get $55k TOPS for it. The highest priced 2011 C63 in Canada right now is $54999, has 8,000kms on it, and has been sitting at Kelowna Mercedes-Benz for 166 days.
It is a numbered car...for Canada. They made 30 of them for Canada. I would not put this car in the collector category.
The only differences between this car and any other C63 with Performance Pkg is as follows:
Designo Magno Allanite Grey Paint
Affalterbach logo in the headrests & gearshifter
Red stitching in the seats
Red piping around the floormats
"Affalterbach" badge on the side
Black 19" wheels as opposed to the usual gunmetal.
This car retailed for $1000 more than any other loaded C63 in Canada.

Affalterbach C63
Remember this car has never been driven and has NEVER had a license plate attached to it...it is as new. The matte grey paint is pretty cool and should be enough to differentiate it from a standard C63 by itself, pretty damn cool sedan...he's open to any offers

I'm not trying to be a hater, but on a forum chock full of enthusiasts, if you're going to highlight selling points about the car, these aren't ones I think will bring in more offers.

Matte grey paint is a selling feature to some, but obviously not you...if you want a no-hassles car go lease a Camry, if you're willing to take care of the car the car stays nice...the point of the license plate bit is knowing the car was never molested by dealer guys and test drivers messing around in it before you buy it, this car went from delivery truck into showroom for PDI to personal trailer home where it sits. This is the right car for someone, he just needs to find that right person...otherwise it will just sit in his collection as 'art'.
