Mercedes C32 AMG
2002 Mercedes Benz C32 AMG
86,XXX miles (daily driver, so it will slowly increase)
Black/Black
Clean Carfax, 2nd owner
I've had a very recent service done on the car (past month) and the front control arm bushings were replaced and it had a 4-wheel alignment. New alternator, supercharger bearing, idler pulley, and tensioner were replaced as well. I have receipts for all this.
Since I've owned the car in the past two years/within the past 20K miles, I've replaced/installed:
Intercooler pump $150
Both fuel pumps $800
Fuel pump sender unit $900
Crankshaft position sensor $75
Driver's window control module $400
Speedometer LCD display $150
Both foglights $150
H&R lowering springs $300
Front C55 struts $600
Eurocharged 181 pulley & tune $1000
SL55 intake $300
Entire car wetsanded, buffed $800
2007 3-slat front grille $100
So it has some tasteful modifications (nothing extreme) that have improved both the performance and looks. I have taken good care of the car, and it's really in better shape than when I purchased it. I removed the door dings it had at the time and had the paint wetsanded so it looks really good for the year of the car.
The couple issues with the car are that the bottom seat warmers don't operate on either the driver or passenger side, however the backs still warm nicely. Also, the driver seat control module malfunctioned so I bypassed it (the only negative to it is that the seat will not move back automatically when turning off the car. This is helpful if you are a big guy for ingress and egress, otherwise not really something you would use). I have gotten a door crease (about an inch long) on the passenger side door since having them all repaired and there is a soft dent on the roof of the car, probably from a ball. These can both be fixed easily using paintless dent removal as I have gotten a quote already. They are not a big deal and they very well may go unnoticed, but I want to disclose main cosmetic issues with the car as I am pretty particular about them myself.
Driving wise, the car is pretty quick, much better than stock. I have not had any issues with the tune, and it's been installed for about 18 months or so. Originally I bought the car and lived in San Diego, but I moved to Phoenix about 6 months ago. The car did great in the super hot 115* summer heat- not a single issue. It's a solid car that will probably give many many more great miles to the new owner.
The only reason I am selling is because I am trying to purchase a home right now and could use some extra cash. Priced to sell, but if you are serious, money talks.
The car is available for viewing during the day or night in North Phoenix usually.
Please call if you are interested - (eight five eight) 380-eight five nine 2

Car just had the Battery/Alternator light pop up. It's in the shop getting a new alternator. One less maintenance item for the new owner!
PM if you want a GREAT deal on this car this weekend!!

Look like we're gonna take care of a couple more things while we have it there... new supercharger bearing, idler pulley and tensioner! Taking care of business so you don't have to worry about it.
