2003 E55 - Rare Blue with Charcoal/Blue interior
I've decided to put my 2003 E55 up for sale. I'm the 2nd owner and have owned it since 2006. The car has never been in any accidents and I have all records of maintenance. This car was cared for and sat in a garage all it's life. So it has a clean title with no stories. The engine and accessories have never been modified and the ecu has never been touched. I've only seen one other E55 in this color combo in SoCal and the owner's name also happened to be Wes. Small world...
Here's the details:
2003 E55
Midnight Blue with Charcoal/Blue interior
51,520 miles
Exterior/Interior are in great shape
Heated/Ventilated seats
I am the 2nd owner of this car and owned it since 2006 with 20K miles
Carlsson front lip which was color matched and painted at the dealer
Lorinser rear spoiler also color matched
Lowered via links
Exe wheels 20x9 front, 20x10 rear
Asking $25K

You guys are probably right. I've had it called Capri Blue but then again, I had a SLK55 that was Capri Blue and it seemed a slightly lighter shade that this blue. Out of all the blue's I must say that this ones seems to stand out the most to me. It's one of those colors that you need to see in person to appreciate.
Thanks for the well wishes! I've got my eye on another car but if this doesn't sell then I'd be just as happy to keep it.

I apologize for the crappy phone pictures. I'll take some better ones.....
Would the other Wes with the same color E55 have 21" Lorinser's on his car?

[QUOTE=frontin55;5752937]I can't remember what wheels he had but that sounds about right. I haven't seen another E55 in SoCal with this color combo so if that guy is located here, then it has to be him. What are the chances of 3 E55's with the same color combo with owners named Wes.....

saw a 2007 e63 on craislist today for only $25k. had about 80k miles. had pretty much all the options including the pano roof. i emailed the guy asking him if it was a salvaged title car since the price was so low.
he emailed me back saying that the kbb for a private party sale is only about $21k. i looked it up and he was right. i can't believe it's so low now. granted, amg's usually go for a bit more than what kbb states, but for the price you're asking for an 03 e55, someone can feasibly find an e63.
