Correct, it does not have Parktronic or Distronic, It does have keyless go and does have the trunk closer, other than that it has pretty much everything.

Gorgeous car. I'm down in St. George so not "terribly" far from you. Curious what you're trading it in for? Not that it's any of my business lol, you can PM if you'd like. Just like to see what people graduate too after all the luxury and torque of a CL55AMG

Thank you, My parents live down there, and im down there all the time. Im not sure yet, I really only planned on having this car for a year and that has now passed. I'd just keep it but I get in too much trouble in it. Id prefer to not trade it in but I cant even get someone to come look at it much less buy it. apparently 102,000 miles on a 9 year old car is just absolutely absurd. people would rather have one that has been sitting most of its life so it can break as soon as they buy it.

A dealer will likely offer you less than 15k though
It's obviously tough to move this sort of car in Utah, so your prospective buyer also has to consider the cost of transport.
Beautiful car. Tough spot.
Sorry if this opinion seems annoying to read. I could appreciate that, but I couldn't talk myself out of posting it.

I tried like hell to buy this car but nobody wanted to finance it as a private party purchase and having some post-divorce credit issues didnt help my cause. The work done to this car has made it easy to enjoy thousands of miles of worry free driving. I ended up buying pretty much the same car but an 05 model with 76k miles through a franchise dealership that found financing for it (and me too). I just wish the peace of mind came with it lol.

Why not price it closer to what a dealer will offer you?
