is $38.5k a reasonable price for a 40k mileage 2010 c63?. has goodies (LTH and ecu tune)..just wondering and just possibly looking for reassurance

I'm assuming this is a private sale?

Typically aftermarket parts do not add value to the car and the seller should take them off and sell separately if they want to get more money back.

No mods on that car in a private sale you're looking at $36-37k. So that does seem like a reasonable price with mods.
