FOR SALE: 2006 E55, 57K, Flint Gray, great options

I'm looking to sell my 2006 Mercedes E55 AMG, ~57k miles. Car is in excellent condition, exterior and interior. Flint gray on charcoal extended leather.
Title is in my hands.
Options include: Keyless Go, Parktronic, Dynamic seats etc.
I have the full option list for interested parties. Tires have about 5k miles(like new), maintenance up to date, including new spark plugs, new main and aux batteries, full tranny service etc....
MODS:
Car has upper SC pulley, custom EC dyno tune, EC HE, Bosch 010. 459/504 after the dyno tune.
C63 Mufflers, Deleted Secondaries, Deleted Resonators (both replaced with straight pipes). Stock sound when cruising/normal driving, but sounds awesome @ WOT. No drone!!!
I have all service records since ownership and several service records from original owner.
I also just did a fresh oil change last week.
I'm in a rush as I just purchased a C63 that will be delivered in the next two weeks.
CAR NEEDS NOTHING BUT A GOOD HOME, IT IS IN TRULY EXCELLENT CONDITION. ALWAYS GARAGED, NEVER DRIVEN IN SNOW OR BAD WEATHER. I will get the car washed and cleaned before you pick up/have the car transported. Smoke free, pet free, kid free car. This was my weekend car when I bought it with 4xK miles. I simply don't need 4 cars, only reason I am selling is because of the C63 and not needing a 4th car.

No tank repair issues. I check the rear seats weekly, no leak or smell whatsoever.
Car is located in Maryland, just outside Baltimore.
It is parked in my garage and not being driven daily.

This is one of the cleanest, well taken care of E55s you'll find. Low mileage in this condition. I'll do a full detail before you take the car, exterior, interior, motor and trunk.

Thanks, man! I honestly wish I could keep her as my daily and the next AMG as my weekend car, just don't have the garage space with my wife's car as well, plus need to free up some space for the investment property we purchased recently.
