Aftermarket upgrades include Speeddriven catted racing downpipes and mid pipes(sounds awesome). Speeddrinen Tune(conservative setting, but pulls very strong with tons of torque available at all time). It puts down 442 awhp and 517 awtq on Dynojet. 20 inch Rohana RC7 wheels with newer summer tires (about 80% left). All chrome trims has been professionally blacked out with black vinyl. Clear led side markers. Front carbon fiber lip spoiler. High performance dry air filters. Vehicle has been professionally lowered on links and aligned by my local Mercedes dealer.
I'm a second owner and bought it with 47K highway driven miles. Brakes at 60-70%. Recent oil change and brake fluid flush. Clean, accident free Carfax. I have a company car, so I don't drive it much. I absolutely love the car , but I have a baby due in April and trying to free up some budget... I spent over $8K in upgrades and looking for $37,800.00 and I will throw in second set of wheels and tires(stock 18's with all season tires at about 70%).

OMG!!This car is drop dead gorgeous. I've had babies (four of them) and I understand the financial inconvenience when they come on board. But, somehow, we survive and get beyond it. If there is any way you can keep this puppy, please try and do it. Oh, congrats on the baby...
