FS: Cartier Roadster Steel Mens Watch W62025V3
I'll get some better pictures up soon....... I'm selling this never worn Cartier Roadster watch. Model W62025V3. I'm NEVER going to wear it so I might as well get rid of it. It was a gift and since I'm not the expensive watch wearing type...it's just sitting here. I have everything it originally came with. Here is a brief description taken from the net:
Large Model, steel, rhodium-plated dial with silvered sunray effect, Roman numerals, luminescent sword-shaped black oxidised steel hands, watch sold with two interchangeable straps, steel deployant buckle with two settings, mechanical movement with automatic winding Cartier calibre 3110, water resistant to 100 metres/350 feet. The insurance paperwork that came with it says it went for $4324 but I have no idea what they go for now.
I'm open to all serious offers as the watch has just been sitting here......
Yeah, I know my low post count wasn't going to help anything. I could point you to myMB but I've only been there a couple of months. (more posts there though)
The certificate says Neiman Marcus. (you can kind of see that in the bottom right of the 3rd pic) I tried to take close up photos of the serial number on the watch and certificate but everything just came out blurry. I'm going to take the watch to my BIL who has a camera that will allow me to post some real pictures.
I'm in the Bay Area (East Bay) so if anybody is local or knows somebody local and want them to look at it.....we can arrange that.
Probably from the people that were handling it when I first got it.
Luckily those were the only scratches. This watch was never worn out...tried on yes....but not worn out!!I got some more back info on the watch. I knew the watch wasn't originally purchased for me.....but I ended up being the one the watch was given to. My girlfriends mom bought it for her son from Neiman Marcus last July.....but he screwed up pretty bad so she never gave it to him. It sat brand new in her closet for 5 months before she gave it to me as a Christmas/Birthday present.
Once again if anybody is interested in seeing it or if there is a local place that can authenticate the watch, I'd be willing to meet up. Let's get this thing sold!!
