Pics of ML63 From Chicago
Here are some pics of the ML63 from the Chicago autoshow.
I especially like the new styling elements: the monochromatic treatment of the window trim and mirror housings; the new front-end with the openings and front bumper treatment, the flat AMG emblem inset into the hood, and with the foglights being up where they will be more effective; and the way they provided flare protection with a double-flare in body-colored metal - instead of a strip of black plastic or rubber. I also like the fact that they kept the quad oval tailpipes. Heck, I even like the wheels(!). LOL
...Oh then there's that thing about the 6.3L AMG V8, and the adjustable Airmatic suspension, and the....
I wish that I had an excuse or niche needing filling which would allow me to own more than one or two of these.....

sit down and take it like a german man... Its mercedes time to do the flogging, but as shown with the new Porsche... the 0-60 times wont be improving dramtically on the newer generation Performance SUVs

2009 SL63 AMG
Simply put, I want one. BMW has to really step it up to compete with this car, even though I doubt the M5 Engine is going into an X5 Body. Maybe a tuned version of the new M3 V8? Right now though, it is going to be a showdown between the ML63 AMG and the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S.
