Dead pedal and shift paddles

Has anyone found a place to purchase either a matching dead pedal (same as gas/brake/EB) or a retrofit to put real paddle shifters in place of the buttons on the back of the steering wheel. The MB dealer says that the ML is the only steering wheel that can't be retrofitted with the shift paddles from the other AMG vehicles. There is also no factory dead pedal that can be purchased. The one on the E63 is built in with the carpet!

Here's somewhere to start if you want to retrofit paddles

Dead pedal

I received my dead pedal from Ultimate Pedals yesterday and put in in the car. It looks GREAT!, as if it were from the factory. I can't believe that they don't include this anyway. I am in Baltimore for the playoffs this weekend but will post a pic when I get back home. Now if I can only get a set of paddle shifters retrofit to the ML, I will be completely pleased with the car. I am totally surprised at the power this thing has as I was driving a 2002 BMW M5 as my daily driver before the ML63. The ML is clearly quicker than my old M5 and I would go as far as to say quicker than my 2001 Z8 also.

Which style is the best match? Did it install easily? Thanks.
